I picked up some seeds and a screen at the Country Way:
Soak the seeds overnight.
Rinse and drain twice a day.
You can see a few of them starting to sprout:

After a few days we have fresh, healthy homegrown broccoli sprouts:
Wow, I didn't know things could sprout that fast... Not being sarcastic. I should buy some seeds.

ReplyDeleteYou should try it. We're growing wheat right now. We also just tried Adzuki. I liked the broccoli best so far. We also bought lentils, sunflower seeds and peas to taste. Thanks for the comment.
